WHAT TO EXPECT
A typical Sunday service will last about 75 minutes and includes worship and time in God's Word. DC Kids Ministry is available during both services for all age groups (birth - 5th grade). Grab a cup of coffee in our lobby and make sure that you visit us at the Next Steps wall in the lobby after service. We would love to meet you!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Here are a few questions we have heard throughout the years:
Where do my children go?
Prior to our Sunday morning services, all children (birth - 5th grade) must be checked in at the "DC CHECK-IN". All children's classes are located in the right hallway as you come into our church. You will go to our Check-in station, located to the right side of the lobby. We will get you registered and then walk you back to your child's room. Parents must personally check in and check out their child. Click on one of the 3 areas below for more info.
What should I expect at a service?
In our Sunday Services you will experience passionate PRAISE and worship led by Pastor Deena Thurstonson. You will experience PRAYER… because we believe that things change when we pray! It's the foundation of Dominion Church, therefore we will have a time of concentrated prayer for people that have a need. You will also be encouraged and inspired by the PREACHED Word given by our Senior Pastor, Greg Thurstonson. Most of all – you will experience God's PRESENCE in our time together on Sunday morning...that is what we value the most!
How do I learn more about Dominion?
Browsing around our website is a great start! Visiting us in person a few times can also help you learn more about who we are. For those wanting to learn more about the vision and leadership of Dominion Church or if you are interested in membership...we invite you to attend one of our Discovery Class sessions. What does Spirit-Filled mean?
We guarantee that you will not experience “church as usual”. We feel that the worship experience should be very purposed and that the Holy Spirit should have His way in our service. You will see the Gifts of the Spirit in action (1 Corinthians 12, 14), people worship God with lifted hands and we believe for God-sized miracles through prayer. We respect people's background and journey and try to help explain the spirit with sound biblical scripture.
