REGISTRATION IS A 3-STEP PROCESS

Because camp reservations are first come first serve, all 3 steps of the registration process must be complete for your student to "reserve a spot." The price paid for every individual student is dependent on the completion of all 3 of these steps. Incomplete forms and a delay in submitting the required documents will result in a rate increase to the next deadline's price

Step 1: Complete Online Registration

Click the icon and follow the steps to register. Enter YOUR EMAIL at the end and complete Step 2.
Information Needed:
  • Camp Attending: Camp ZERO 
  • Group Name: Dominion Church - Dickinson
  • Passcode (if needed): dickinson24
NOTE: Each student will receive a team color shirt included with registration.  There is an option to pre-order a headband or an additional camp t-shirt during registration at an additional cost.

Step 2: Complete Online Consent Forms

This will be emailed directly to YOU after you complete step 1. This email will come from "Melissa Rodriguez at DocuSign." Please make sure this is submitted before the deadline as registration cannot be confirmed without it.

Step 3: Pay all deposits

Click the Icon to pay online. Please mark it "Youth Camp". You can also pay through the DC App, or with check or cash.
$50 Deposit is due in order to reserve a spot. The remaining balance will be due before we leave for camp.
  • If $50 deposit is paid by April 21, 2024, the total cost is $300
  • If $50  deposit is paid AFTER April 21, 2024,  the total cost is $350
